Development and permitting staff continues to participate in city-wide training programs, including the PIPE Academy, which focuses on developing solutions for customers. Additional opportunities have presented themselves during the COVID-19 crisis for permitting staff to look for new ways to serve customers. Additional efforts to make the service provided even more consistent and timely will take place in the future.
