Baytown yoU 2.0 has launched and will continue to be enhanced throughout the remainder of 2019.  New curriculum is tied to the City's core values and also places an added focus on customer service.  One of the innovative practices being utilized in Baytown yoU 2.0 is the use of training curations.  With employees located all throughout the city with varying schedules, the training curations allow employees to access specialized Baytown yoU materials 24/7 at any location and they provide a variety of learning methods for each topic.
