Staff has developed and presented to Council the concept and idea associated with the integration of the industrial development agreement with the development of the new Police/Fire facility.  This has been proposed to an industrial partner and that entity is currently completing its due diligence associated with the agreement that would effectuate the funding of the facility as part of a long-term agreement.
