The first phase of Baytown yoU, the City's new training program, was the implementation of the PIPE Academy to teach process improvement and empower employees to look at their work through the lens of their customers and make improvements that reduce waste within our processes.  The next phase of Baytown yoU will include a leadership and succession planning module.
