PWE has initiated a project to create a wastewater hydraulic model for all wastewater treatment plants. The model will include flow monitoring and rainfall evaluation in parts of the system that experience overflows. The project will be completed in 2022 and will include a capital improvement plan to address recurring sanitary sewer overflows.
