A construction phasing plan has been completed for Garth Road Reconstruction. Phases A and B (I-10 to Archer) are funded and are being designed. Phases C - E (Archer to Baker) are being designed in order to have a strong funding application. Phase F (Baker to SH146) will be included in a design contract in a future fiscal year.
