At the City Council Meeting on 11/17/2020, a professional services contract was awarded to Kimley Horn, LLC for the redesign of Garth Road from I-10 to Baker Road, including piped storm ditches, buried utilities, redesigned intersections, landscaped medians, decorative lighting, pedestrian / bicycle conductivity and other improvements.
