City staff submitted an application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) to help fund replacement of defective private sewer lines. The application was submitted on April 11, 2018 and approved by TCEQ on September 9, 2019. It will be presented to City Council on October 24, 2019 for approval.
