Analysis

Nearing completion of the planning, engineering, permitting and CenterPoint easement  for Goose Creek Phase 7 expansion.  Working with Country Club Cove for an easement to connect the Goose Creek Phase 7 Trail to Eddie Huron Park and to Country Club Cove subdivision.  Construction could start as early as the Summer of 2021.
