There are 100 signalized intersections. At signalized intersections with existing safety light poles (approximately 37), PW has replaced all high-pressure sodium bulbs with LED lights.

Staff continues to evaluate the need for additional streetlights.  Requests are submitted to Centerpoint for installation on a quarterly basis in residential areas. 

Intersections with no safety light poles will require  the addition of a pole. This has not started and will require capital funding.
