Analysis

This will be accomplished as part of the Market Street Study and the development of a Market Street District Master Plan.  The first two meetings have been held and a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for an urban designer/planner is ready for deployment. The Market Street District Master Plan should be completed by summer 2018.

In addition, the Parks Department will research concepts for the Evergreen Bluff park.
