Description
This measure highlights the number of employees who have completed Process Improvement & People Empowerment (PIPE) training, which is an in-house training to teach employees the techniques of improving City processes with the end goal to improve value to our customers and reduce waste within our processes. Employees who complete the PIPE Black Belt class are required to complete three process improvement projects.
Analysis

During Q2, the City trained an additional 25 Green Belts and 19 Black Belts, who will all be dispatched back into the organization to identify waste within City processes and implement solutions that also add value to our customers.
