Significant improvements have been made to Garth Road over the past several years.  A signal synchronization system was installed using intelligent technology and right turn lanes have been added to major intersections.  In the coming months, the data you see in the drive time charts will better reflect the historical trends on Garth Road.  Currently, you see the monthly average drive time during peak period on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  This is compared to the average from one year ago, which is showing improvements during the primary peak periods of lunch and dinner time.
