Description
Data collected during the annual DirectionFinder citizen survey. Measure shows the percentage of residents who were either satisfied or very satisfied with a specified area of the city. When the data is available, Baytown is also compared to how residents throughout Texas answered the same question.
Analysis

Although we have yet to see improvements in the citizen survey scores, the City continues to invest significant resources into improving the flow of traffic in Baytown.  This includes major projects like the construction of San Jacinto Blvd. and connecting Hunt Rd. from John Martin to N. Main, along with more strategic projects like improvements to the synchronization systems on Garth, N. Main and SH146, adding right turn lanes at key intersections, and adding smart technology to intersections throughout the City.
