Analysis

This score has remained steady but progress is still needed to reach the Texas average.  The City continues to work with GCCISD to address the negative perceptions of the district.  The City will also be sharing its model of strategic planning with GCCISD as they endeavor to complete a similar project to Imagine Baytown.  Finally, the City continues to invest in recreational opportunities for kids in Baytown and continues to recruit new businesses to Baytown that cater to youth.
