Our discussions with the Mall developer are ongoing.  We are confident that the new mall project will include a new theater complex.  

Our team met with the developer in late March.  They have decided to move forward with Phase 1 of the mall redevelopment this summer.  This phase will include demolition of significant portions of the mall and the construction of new stores on the southeast corner of the property.  In addition, the new theater will begin construction, an 80,000 square foot, stadium seating with IMAX and bowling.
