The Brunson Theater has been approved for remodel into a Baytown Visitors Center and community Office Incubator workspace. The funding for this project has been identified and the design contract has been awarded. A conceptual plan has been developed, which includes an estimated opening date of Dec 2018. The Citizens Bank building next door to the Brunson is being analyzed for soundness prior to moving forward with a roof installation.

The Brunson Theater drawings are now 60% complete.  Evaluation of Citizen Bank roof will be complete mid-April.  This report will provide decision making fodder for Council specific to the Citizen's Bank building.  We are still on track for a Dec 2018 opening of the Brunson building.
