Data collected during the annual DirectionFinder citizen survey. Measure shows the percentage of residents who were either satisfied or very satisfied with a specified area of the city. When the data is available, Baytown is also compared to how residents throughout Texas answered the same question.

Analysis

Since there is not a benchmark for this measure, we can only look at how Baytown has improved or declined from 2016.  The scores in this area have dropped slightly and the City will continue making investments in improving the quality of neighborhoods and ensuring that residents are doing the same in regards to maintaining property.
