Community Scorecard

Welcome to the Imagine Baytown Community Scorecard!  In January 2017, the Baytown City Council culminated a year-long process called Imagine Baytown by adopting a 5-Year Strategic Plan for Baytown.  Appointed by City Council, the 9-member Strategic Planning Advisory Committee (SPAC), made up of Baytown citizens, surveyed and met with residents and members of the business community to determine the desired course for the City over the next five years.

Based on the feedback, SPAC developed a 5-Year Strategic Plan with five strategic directives.  Each year over the five year plan, City Council will develop an annual implementation plan.  That plan will include initiatives and strategies to move forward each of the five community directives.  The progress with each of the initiatives and strategies can be tracked in this scorecard.  Additionally, citizens can track key outcome measures tied to each of the five directives.  Below you will find a link to each of the five directives.  Updates on the progress with each directive will be made each quarter in January, April, July and October.
