Prepare and implement long range plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of core service delivery, Board Priority implementation and other County initiatives. Plans include:

  • Revenue and expense forecasting
  • Roads Capital Improvement Plans (CIP)
  • Capital Facilities Master Plan
  • Information Systems Strategic Plan

    • A 5-year plan was presented at the January 2023 Board Workshop, including:
      • Modeling to project General Fund revenue and expense increases / decreases
      • Known and anticipated projects with anticipated costs
      • Funding sources for each project
    • Roads Capital Improvement Plan presented to Board of Supervisors
    • 2023-2025 Information Systems Strategic Plan completed
