Create Housing Master Plans to increase achievability for construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) and primary dwelling units.

Q1 Updates:

Drafts for affordable housing master plans have been finalized and completed in coordination with collaborating jurisdictions, including revisions for the 2022 CA Building Codes. Plans have been released and are listed on the Nevada County Building Department webpage.
