Support development of the Penn Valley Community Center

Description

The Penn Valley community identified their long standing desire for a community center as a top priority in the Penn Valley Area Plan completed in 2020.  The Penn Valley Community Center Foundation already owns the land and and have engaged in architectural and planning services.  The community center would provide much needed meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen, event space and outdoor activity space.
