Description

Many residents express frustration that they are unable to access broadband service while their neighbors -- sometimes only a stones throw away -- are connected. Internet Service Providers (ISP) work within defined boundaries, making it challenging to provide service to everyone who may want it. One possible solution is a "line extension" program where residents, ISPs, and local government partner to share costs to increase connections.
