Manage Core Services Levels by Reorganization or Streamlining Current Resources.
County Executive Office
Description
The County continuously looks for opportunities to streamline resources in order to gain efficiencies, navigate changing priorities and adjust to new information. The County is organized into three main agencies: Community Development, Health and Human Services, and Information and General Services in order to facilitate efficient use of resources and a "one-stop shop" service experience to each agency's customers. As programs evolve, additional opportunities are identified to share staffing, facilities or other resources in order to maximize tax-payer dollars.
