Residents continue to rate the overall quality of its senior programs and services very highly, with 89 percent rating them “excellent” or “good” in 2018. Eden Prairie’s rating for quality of senior programs and services is higher than regional and national benchmarks and much higher than state benchmarks.

Older adults are the fastest growing age demographic in Eden Prairie. Access to high quality programs, services and events for all ages ensures Eden Prairie residents enjoy a high quality of life.

The Quality of Life survey is a biennial community survey that gathers residents' opinions and suggestions about current and future needs in the City. A statistically random sample of Eden Prairie households provide City leaders with a pulse on how residents feel about their community.
