Description

Due to the age of the City's infrastructure, possible harsh environments, and overall wear and tear of utility infrastructure, Utilities personnel is on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies involving the four utilities: water, sewer, gas, and stormwater.
Analysis

Emergency repairs are caused by many reasons, including but not limited to, age, pipe material, weather, and third party damages.  Utilities personnel will respond to the emergencies and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Please note unless there is a concern for public health and safety, storm repairs are not considered to be emergencies
Recommendations

Utilities personnel will continue to repsond to emergencies, as needed.
