Description

The City offers three programs related to real estate taxes.  These are:

Real Estate Tax Relief for the Elderly and Disabled - reduction of real estate taxes for homeowners age 65 or older or permanently and totally disabled, whose income and assets fall below the threshold for the year.

Rental Relief - for elderly and disabled renters, a grant to the renter to offset their indirect share of real estate taxes on the rental property.

Housing Affordability Program - grants against real estate taxes for homeowners who qualify based on income and value of property.
