Description

This measure illustrates the City’s investment in its infrastructure. The data shows the value of the City’s assets including additions (new capital projects) minus depreciation (reduction in the value of existing assets with the passage of time).
Analysis

The upward trend indicates that the City’s investment in its infrastructure is at a rate greater than depreciation.
