The City’s current systems that track development related revenues (Including permitting in NDS, parcel and assessment data in the Assessor’s Office, business tax receipt data in the Commission of Revenue’s Office and the citywide enterprise system of SAP) do not inherently communicate with each other. In order to accurately and efficiently determine pre and post development revenue of a particular parcel or across the city that level of communication would be required. In addition, the business tax receipt data (including meals, sales and lodging & BPOL) is confidential which effectively means the data can only be displayed on a citywide and not on a project specific basis.
