Goal 5: A Well-Managed and Responsive Organization
Current Strategy

The Strategic Plan includes several initiatives that will help our organization consistently attract and keep a high quality and diverse workforce.  In addition, several City staff attended an Alliance for Innovation sponsored workshop on the Workforce of the Future.  This workshop helped our staff learn tactics and strategies around being more creative and innovative in the way we sell, recruit for talent and prepare for the future workforce environment.  Staff has met since this workshop, strategized some next steps and will continue to do so.
