Current Strategy

City Council, as the policy making body for the City, has many issues brought before them on a regular basis - some are initiated by City staff and others by Council. How well City staff manage those issues, including the volume of information provided to Council on a regular basis, is critical when Council is making decisions on important policy issues that impact the community boundaries and beyond.

City staff as working on several initiatives as part of the Strategic Plan that speak directly to this goal.
