Description |
Staff have been working on several projects to increase citizen engagement. Currently, a customer service online app is being implemented citywide to better engage residents and track communications.
In addition, Open Charlottesville houses much of the available public data and performance measures collected and used by the City. This includes information about the Strategic Plan Measures, Department Performance Measures, Efficiency Study status updates, and Open Data. The purpose of this website is to provide greater transparency and for the City to be proactive in releasing information.
