Develop citywide customer service standards and implement training

Goal 5: A Well-Managed and Responsive Organization
Description

City staff will be reviewing this initiative and coming up with a plan moving forward on how to best provide consistent standards and training for all employees regarding best practices of customer service.  We will first look at departments who do this well and have a successful process in place that can be replicated citywide.
