Current Strategy

The City, through the Office of Economic Development, continues to implement the Growing Opportunities report that was issued in 2013. A key component of this effort are the GO programs that provide workplace readiness and focused training that leads to a certification and a job opportunity. In addition, the Downtown Job Center regularly provides job assistance services to residents and employers in need.
