Since there is no practical way to capture this metric, the number of construction jobs in the City of Charlottesville is displayed. The construction job metric is a key metric to analyzing the development trends in the City, as projects increase so do the employment numbers. As development projects remain stagnant or decrease, this will be reflected in the jobs metric.
