Refocusing planning activities on nodal concepts, shared street concepts and alternative transportation system.

One such initiative is the Smartscale and Streetscape Project.  The initiative will boost the City's infrastructure and enhance economic development; improve transportation safety; provide opportunity for multi-modal system and shared street concept, and quality of life.
