Current Strategy

The current strategy is to:

  1. Update the Comprehensive Plan in compliance with the State requirements.
  2. Prioritize and prepare small area plan for selected areas.
  3. Undertake wholesale revision of the development regulations.
  4. Ensure robust citizen engagement process.
  5. Revamp the Standard AND Design Manual for infrastructre design and improvement.
  6. Ensure that streetscape design and improvement complies with the provisions in the Streets That Work Plan, and accommodate ADA requirements.
  7. Provide assistance to PHA and CRHA on redevelopment projects.
