Status

Goal 9:1 of the Comprehensive Plan calls for identification of funding for infrastructure improvement through public/private partnerships and grants. NDS seeks State Smart Scale funds, Revenue Sharing, bike and ped grants to leverage the City’s CIP money to implement infrastructure projects. In the past three years, NDS has successfully sought and received more than $50 million dollars in State funds to leverage CIP allocations.
