Current Strategy |
|
The city seeks to ensure that community members have access to the services they need to stay safe and healthy. To that end, the city supports the efforts of the Thomas Jefferson Coalition for the Homeless, the Charlottesville Albemarle Coalition for Healthy Youth, the Thomas Jefferson Healthy District's Community Health Improvement Plan, the evaluation of community age-friendliness conducted the Charlottesville Area Alliance, and the work plan of the Community Mental Health and Wellness Coalition. In addition, the city seeks to understand when and how services are not being delivered to people that need them or when access to available resources in prevented.
