Description

The percentage of 3rd and 5th students in the City of Promise program reading at or above grade level as shown by English:Reading SOL scores. FY18 scores are not available in August 2018. The FY17 3rd grade reading rate of  72% is close to the a overall City rate of 75%.  The FY17 5th grade reading rate of  71% is lower than the overall City rate of 81%.
