Description |
The Office of Human Rights frequently collaborates with other agencies and organizations that protect human and civil rights. Collaboration includes referring individuals to other agencies and organizations for appropriate service, working in partnership to help resolve an issue of individual or systemic discrimination, or co-hosting or co-leading community outreach events.
The Office of Human Rights requests that a representative from each collaborating agency or organization complete a collaborative partnership questionnaire to determine the impact of the partnership and the satisfaction of the collaborating partner.
This measure is the sum total of the different collaborative agencies and organizations the Office of Human Rights worked with during the calendar year, and a total of those that completed a collaborative partnership questionnaire.

CY2014 through CY2018
During this period the Office of Human Rights did not use a collaborative partner satisfaction survey.
CY2019
As with individual satisfaction surveys, the Office of Human Rights has not yet integrated collaborative partner surveys into its workflow. In an attempt to begin the practice, staff are developing a new online survey to send to groups that have partnered with the Office of Human Rights over the CY2019 and CY2020 period. A bi-annual survey may be easier to implement and work into regular practice.
CY2020
While collaborative partner questionnaires would undoubtedly yield helpful information regarding the impact of the OHR's work, with only a single staff person in the office, the OHR has been too understaffed to prioritize this activity over other duties. There is some potential for completion of this objective with support from volunteer interns during the summer of 2021.
