| Obj. 2 Measure 1: Total number of people who attended community outreach events.Human Rights |
Description |
The Office of Human Rights conducts three main types of community outreach:
Service Provision: Staff share information about the services provided by the Office of Human Rights and the Human Rights Commission, while answering any questions community members may have.
Education & Awareness: Events hosted by the Office of Human Rights, often in collaboration with other community agencies or groups, designed to provide information about discrimination and bias.
Facilitation & Leadership: Events during which Office of Human Rights Staff are asked to provide guidance and leadership as a collaborative partner.
This measure is the sum total of all attendees at Service Provision and Education & Awareness outreach events during the calendar year. Attendance data is not collected from Facilitation & Leadership events, as the Officer of Human Rights is not the organizer of these events.
