Section Manager participated on an HR RFP Panel to rate/discuss/select a vendor to conduct Compensation Studies for General Employee Classification. Section Manager consulted with City Legal on a sworn Fitness for Duty case to determine next steps. Sworn Specialists worked with City HR Benefits on Optum pharmacy issues for an employee, and HR HRIS on ePERF evaluation issues. Medical Records Supervisor meet with City Risk Management regarding occupational leave exhaustion; and with Risk and Legal regarding upcoming occupational contested cases.
