    Section Manager and team supervisors held 30+ Civilian Pay for Performance Calibration meetings with supervisors of civilian employees in the first two weeks of November as directed by the City Performance Office.  Employment Specialist consulted daily with hiring managers regarding job postings; selection and pay; rehire; proximity cards; authorized strength; retiree badges; sworn interview process; employee excessive use of sick leave; and sworn step progression increases.
