    T3-FPB Continue to provide comprehensive support services to the Chief, Executive Staff, and department personnel in the areas of policy development and employee safety by communicating responsively with accurate and timely information.

    Due to covid-19 operations taking the forefront, no General Orders were issued. Three documents were placed on PowerDMS on information on covid-19.

    Two General Orders and one Roll Call Training were developed and issued.

    One Roll Call Training was developed and issued. Due to covid-19, PPE inventory was taken for the entire department twice a week for May and shared with SEER for supplies.

    T4-FPB Continue the process to provide educational seminars and materials to both sworn and non-sworn personnel so department staff remain up-to-date on new departmental policies, procedures and safety issues.

    There were 2 fire safety inspections, 1 emergency action plan updated, and 6 health and safety investigations.

     Due to the shut-down on facilities from covid-19, no fire inspections or facility inspections were conducted. There were 4 health/safety investigations and 227 injury/illness claims processed related to normal injuries and covid-19.
