    Met with Architect and Property Management this month.  Needs were given to them and they will come up with a design and budget.  Follow up meeting s will occur.  Based on the amount of time it will take for council approval and architect to design, the approximate time to finish will be end of next year (2020)  This is just an estimate based on the conversations at the last meeting.
