We have purchased 4 new drones with enhanced video capability for night time operations.  They have been deployed on several SWAT operations and proved beneficial to commanders on scene.  At some point this will evolve into its own unit as the needs and uses are increasing rapidly.

Officers within ESU are currently developing a SOP and potential plans to include Patrol in a Drone deployment program.
