Implemented Autoreturn which is helping to level out staffing and we are caught up on online reporting. Online reporting was taken down in November and DRU staff are taking on more calls because of this. . We currently have 2 openings and 2 retirements coming up in January. Needs assessments were sent to DC Kamper for Budget discussions. |
