    At our current staffing level and with the difficulties that we have with our current BAC instrumentation, no insourcing of blood alcohol cases for external agencies will be feasible at this time.  Current Needs Assessment has "approval" for two additional chemists and one BAC analyst; however, no funds have been allocated.
