    Accomplishments

    The Crime Laboratory is actively involved in the procurement process to purchase one GC-FID-MS for BAC analyses, and one GC-FID as a backup to the new GC-FID-MS.  The two instruments received M&C approval and a purchase order was  generated for the instruments.  A purchase order has been generated for three hydrogen generators.  The City’s procurement process is slow and laborious, and it will most likely be the end of this year before we can begin to conduct BAC casework again.
